If you have an Fn key, try doing Fn + Num Lk. inside device manager, find instances of drivers for your keyboard, … Both were working very well as far as responsiveness goes. Select “Safe Mode with Networking” from the menu using the arrow keys on the keyboard and then press the key. I saw some reviews saying that is a loud keyboard, I don't find this loud at all, is actually a quite keyboard. Checked and using English (US) keyboard in the settings (doesn't make sense since the built-in keyboard is working fine). The mouse works fine, and strangely the hot keys on the keyboard (mail, calculator, sleep etc) work fine.
